See who is clocked in, without chasing messages

Use the manager view to spot active shifts and missing clock-outs inside your own company.

A working-day check-in

An open time entry tells a manager that an employee is currently recorded as on shift. That is useful for checking attendance records, but it is not proof that every task is complete or a reason to track someone continuously.

Handle exceptions while they are fresh

When a shift appears to be left open, confirm the facts with the employee rather than guessing an end time. Resolve the record with the appropriate correction and let the employee know what changed.

Keep access appropriate

The manager experience is restricted to administrative roles in the company. Employees use their own clock and hours view. During evaluation, test these different roles with accounts that have no real payroll data.

Questions from small teams

Is it continuous GPS tracking?

No. An open shift is a time-record status, not continuous location surveillance.

Can a manager see other customers?

Company-scoped access is required. Cross-company separation is included in the release checks, but no software should be described as risk-free.
